1)The Riveting Electrical Contact is produced by automatic composite stamping technology which is pioneered by foreign advanced technology.It can simultaneously realize the riveting and molding of three parts in the stamping process. 2)The highest stamping efficiency is up to 150 strokes per minute.
3)The Riveting Electrical Contact's tolerance can be control in ±0.02 assured by high speed precision stamping die.

The terminal of Riveting Electrical Contact is made of high-performance of red copper which imported from MITSUBISHI.The material of Riveting Electrical Contact is a chromium · zirconium type copper alloy, and is a high strength · highly conductive type copper alloy which achieves both tensile strength of 600 MPa and conductivity of 80% IACS. As an industrial material, it is regarded as one of the copper alloy systems in a region which is closest to the ideal region. Even with its heat resistance, it has excellent characteristics and thus is suitably used under the harsh environments.It is widely used in automotive terminal, movable piece for relay, consumer terminal, PV terminal, press-fit terminal fuse, socket, EV, terminals for HV battery, breaker, electrical and electronic parts with heat generation due to miniaturization.
