The moving spring components produced by our company are widely used in home appliance relays, automotive relays, industrial control relays, communication relays, etc. A relay is an electric appliance that causes a predetermined step change in a controlled amount in an electrical output circuit when a change in an input amount (excitation amount) reaches a prescribed requirement.
Home appliance relays are mainly used in household appliances: rice cookers, microwave ovens, coffee machines, bread machines, air conditioners, water heaters, washing machines, electric irons, induction cookers, cooking machines, juicers, electric pressure cookers, soymilk machines, massagers, smart homes, smart lights. Phosphor bronze has higher corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and no sparks when impacted. For medium and heavy duty bearings, the working temperature is up to 250 °C. It has automatic self-aligning, is not sensitive to deflection, and has high bearing capacity and uniform bearing capacity. It can be subjected to radial load at the same time, self-lubricating without maintenance and other characteristics. It has good electrical conductivity, is not easy to generate heat, ensures safety and has strong fatigue resistance. Phosphor bronze jack reed hard-wired electrical structure, no rivet connection or frictionless contact, can ensure good contact, good elasticity, smooth dialing. The alloy has excellent machinability and chip forming properties, and can quickly shorten part processing time.
