The stamping part is the forming and processing method of the workpiece (stamping part) with the required shape and size which is obtained by applying the external force on the plate, strip, pipe and profile with the press and mould to produce plastic deformation or separation.Stamping and forging belong to plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively known as forging pressure.Blanks are mainly hot rolled and cold rolled steel plates and strips.
The new energy automobile fuse socket is applied to the fuse base of various types of automobiles.
1) Punching: our company has more than 30 punching machine production equipment, ranging from 10T to 110T, which is applicable to the production of products of different specifications.The main features of these equipment are large capacity, low power consumption, stamping times per day up to 2 million times.
2) Bright-Plating: Electroplated bright tin, the surface is beautiful. Electroplating enhances the corrosion resistance of metals (the corrosion-resistant metals are mostly used for plating metals), increases hardness, prevents wear, improves electrical conductivity, smoothness, heat resistance and surface aesthetics.
3) Sorting and Packaging: The automobile fuse socket should be manual 100% visual inspected . The sorting and packaging person are required to wear dust cap and finger cover to avoid dirt and oxidation of the product. After passing the inspection, the product shall be packed in a sealed bag.
