Product Information

C2680 Brass:
1. It has extremely good plasticity (the best among brass) and high strength. It has good machinability and easy welding. It is very stable to general corrosion, but it is prone to corrosion cracking. It is the most widely used variety of ordinary brass.
2. High strength than copper, good electrical and thermal conductivity, high corrosion resistance in atmospheric and fresh water, good plasticity, easy cold and hot pressure processing, easy to weld, forge and tin plating, no stress corrosion The tendency to rupture.
1) Stamping & Riveting: The phosphor bronze strip and the silver dot are automatically riveted in the mold, and the automatic stamping riveting technology in the mold greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost. 2) Ultrasonic Cleaning: It adopts four-slot ultrasonic gas phase cleaning machine, which is suitable for precision workpieces with high cleanliness. It has two ultrasonic tanks which can be divided into fine washing and rough washing, which can achieve higher cleaning quality and can be larger. Continuous cleaning in batches.
3) Checking& packaging: manual 100% visual inspection, sorting and packaging personnel are required to bring dust caps and finger sleeves to avoid product contamination and oxidation. After inspection, they are packed in sealed bags.
